In verse 15 of Ch. 33 is another prophesy of Christ's coming and setting on the throne of David. Christ is the righteous Branch that restores Judah and Jerusalem to safety. In Jeremiah's day the fear was from Babylon and Jeremiah is telling them that their hope is with a future King, Christ, who will restore all things. It's been about 2600 years since Jeremiah but those that held fast their love for God will see the glorious day of Christ's return, but for them it will be the fulfillment of Jeremiah's prophesy.
