As we see in this chapter, Jesus had the nature of man, he prayed to God to let this pass from him, but Jesus was obedient unto God in that he said, 'not my will but thine be done.' If, as some believe, Jesus was a god, why would he have to ask for help? Jesus was also in so much stress that sweat was dropping like blood drops, if he were a god he would have been able to change his own fate. Christ is the faithful Son of God!
