—ourselves and Jesus Christ. Let us think of this when we attempt to pass judgment
on someone else. Placing ourselves in the place of the woman of Samaria:
what would it be like to be in the presence of one who knows everything
there is to know about us? — our deepest secrets and the hidden counsels of
our hearts. Are they pure? Will they stand the light? The question will be answered
