Job 10:18 Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me! Job 10:19 I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
ESV: Job 10:18 Why did you bring me out from the womb? Would that I had died before any eye had seen me Job 10:19 and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
"...as though I had never been". Its pretty clear here what happens to an unborn baby, but it doesn't take long for the immortal soulist to get it all missed up. I wonder if they would suggest that Job was wrong, or whether they would say that birth causes the immortality to occur? At what point in the life does someone who believes in immortal soul believe they get the immortal soul?
