Job 17:1 “My spirit is broken; my days are extinct; the graveyard is ready for me." (ESV)
In some ways he was a broken man. I cant imagine the sorrow and stress this all must have put on him and then after all the horror, his friends only poured on salt to the wounds. So many throughout history have gone through so much more than any of us have ever dreamed of. We shouldn't take our position of freedom, and safety, and ease of living for granted and make sure we are taking advantage of every moment.
