Numbers 24:8 -- "El brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows."
According to Strong's Concordance (H7214), the word unicorn should be more properly rendered as the "wild bull". The Revised Version has "wild ox". The word unicorn occurs 8 other times, and each time it should be rendered as a wild bull or wild ox (compare Num 23:22, Deut 33:17, Job 39:9, Job 39:10, Psa 22:21, Psa 29:6, Psa 92:10, and Isa 34:7).
