In chapter 50:20,this was the second time that Joseph reminds his brethren that it was of God's that he had been through his trials and that he didn't hold a grudge toward his brethren.

What an example to us. If anyone had a reason to hold a grudge, it was Joseph. He recognized that God had a plan. Sometimes it is hard for us to step back from our emotions, and realize that what is happening to us might actually be for our benefit rather than harm.
Rom 5:3 ....but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
