I would like to see some comment on the verses 15 - 18 and how it may apply to us in present times. I had looked at it in the light of having a wife/husband that became wicked and lived a wicked life style. I know at the time it was written, they were having problems with the corinthians separating from their culture (pagan/priestess/harlot). Anyone care to comment on present day application?

Good question, and I'm not forsure. I thought it referred to one member of a marriage, committing adultery and joining themselves with a harlot (outside of marriage, ie not your wife) in that it disrupts the unity and symbolism of the unity that is to be with Christ.
I guess the question is, who is he talking to, the spouse committing the adultery or the innocent spouse who is married to one who is committing the adultery? I may be wrong, but seems to be talking to the one committing the adultery and saying "STOP!" "Flee fornication"
Will be interested in hearing others thoughts on this too.
