So how does the "cloud" fit into the picture of baptism?
I can understand the analogy of baptism with the sea, but regarding the cloud?
It was suggested tonight during our readings that it was because the cloud was over them when they went through the sea, causing a "complete" immersion.
Is there another other thoughts on it?
