I Cor 13 --Love -- to me if we love an individual, we care very much for them. That love extends to their ecclesial life, their personal life (to some extent), all facits of their lives. When a brother or sister has problems or experiences health problems, or family problems, etc, to the extent that it is affecting them adversely, they should turn to their brothers and sisters for help. That help could be offered in a multitude of ways. There does not seem to be a network to let each other know. It's not that we don't have the means (internet), but just not the desire. Bluntly, many don't want to be involved. We hear of brothers or sisters that were in the hospital very ill, but we were not informed of it till they were back on their feet. I feel we should pray for them and help where we can. Love never fails and prayer is always needed.
