"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you (or act) like men, be strong. Let all your things be done with charity."
When you tell someone to "act like a man" today, they might consider "standing fast" and "being strong" in the description......but most today would not include in their definition, "let all your things be done with charity". However maybe that is a major part of "acting like a man"i. We know it is a characteristic that God is looking for, and may be the rarest quality among "strong" men.
