Its interesting that Noah brought on board animals based on 'clean' and 'uncleaness'. But after the flood, it says:
Gen 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
So it appears from this that there wasn't a difference between clean and unclean after the flood. The flood was a type of baptism, a cleaning, a like figure as does baptism does now save us. After the flood there was a new start, there wasn't Jew or Greek, there was only one people.
So now, there isn't clean or unclean animals, there isn't Jew or Greek.
I may be taking this too far, but still interesting.
