We wonder sometimes why Bible scholars, many being PHDs, are so for off on their beliefs. You might think with all their studies and research ,they would have a great foundation and basic understanding of what the Gospel is. But, with only a glance at their writings we see how little they truly know. Most likely, so little that they may not be responsible to God's judgement. However, that is not for us to judge. We understand why such scholars have so little understanding. Jesus said, in verse 21 "that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent and hast revealed them unto babes."
