I'm not exactly sure what verse 29 means when it says the beauty of old men is the gray head. Does it mean you don't have the strenght you did have and now you are left with a hory head? That condition should reveal wisdom, but that too is not seldom seen.

"the splendor of old men is their gray hair". I think he is connecting aging with wisdom here, in that aged men with white hair are generally appreciated as being wiser than the youthful.
