In verse 28 we read "I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world..." Most likely, is used by christians to prove that Christ pre-existed.
For those of us that have a correct understanding of Christ, the Father, and the Holy Spirit, this verse is not a problem. We know Christ has always been in the Father's plan and therefore has existed and when sent to us , it was by the means of a baby.
