Rene often talked about the necessity of balance. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven". We have a short time to figure out what is appropriate and when it is appropriate. For some people, this comes easily. For others....not so much.
One of the best ways to stay "balanced" is by staying closely connected with our brothers and sisters. If we strive out into the world, our flesh is quickly weighed down by worldly influences, and our scale tips.
On the other hand, if we are too "hard" and if we dont do everything out of love, then we can push our loved ones away, tipping the balance in the wrong direction.
One of these days, we will here "It is time", and our probationary time will have ended, and we will look back to see if we worked to mold ourselves into Gods orderly arrangement, or if we tried to tilt the scales for our own benefit.
