Jesus said in Matt. 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name....
Here in Acts 2:38 ,Peter said unto them,"Repent and be baptized everyone...."
We see the churches of the world today not baptizing. Even the Baptist believe you are baptized to join the church, and that it's not essential.
It is no wonder that they get further and further from God. If their members would only read, there might be hope for them, but they just take the advice of their pastors and go about their merry way.
