In the Logos it states concerning chapter 25. "this chapter is a hymn of praise designed to celebrate Cyrus' (called Yahweh's anointed in Isaiah 45) victory over Babylon prophetically it forecasts the victory of Christ over Babylon the Great and the future glories that will come in his reign."
