Isaiah 13:3,17 -- "I have commanded my sanctified ones ["the Medes & Persians, under Cyrus" -Eureka, Vol. 3, pg 287], I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness... Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it."

Isaiah 45:1 -- "Thus saith Yahweh to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;" [The night Babylon was overthrown, the gates were left open and not locked, allowing Cyrus' army to enter the city. -BN]
