In Chapter 12 we read of the "seven heads" and "ten horns". The seven heads is related to the seven mountains and the seven kings that should arise. "The seven horns upon his heads" shows that the vision relates particularly to Roman headship, before the decline and fall of the Empire. In verse 5 "a man child" is Constantine The Great.
